The Carroll County Schools Performing Arts Center hosted its 3rd Annual Summer Art Camp this week. The theme for this year’s event was “Under the Sea” with special guests, the cast members of Central High School’s Little Mermaid, under the direction of Ms. Ruthie Phillips and Dr. Scott Smith. We are proud of all who attended! Thank you to our Directors: Mary Mallory and Heather Rawson.
